The Colombo Plan partners with universities across Asia to open postgraduate study opportunities to people from its member countries. These scholarships continue a commitment that has been at the heart of the Colombo Plan for 75 years: investing in people as the foundation of development.
Scholars study in the Republic of Korea and Thailand in fields that matter for sustainable development, from public policy and public health to climate change, environmental science and digital technology. Opportunities are announced on this page as each intake opens.
