H.E. Dr Reyes, the Secretary-General of The Colombo Plan, attended the 10th Constitution and National Day of Nepal hosted by Charge d’Affairs Sagar Bhandari of the Embassy of Nepal. The Chief Guest acknowledged the accomplishments of H.E. Mishra Bashu, Ambassador of Nepal to Sri Lanka who completed his tenure recently. H.E. Dr Reyes attended the 309th Council Meeting of The Colombo Plan at the Hilton, Colombo. The hybrid meeting saw participation of over 20 Council Members representing member countries of The Colombo Plan. The gathering addressed key issues and strategies pertinent to the future of the organisation.
