𝟭𝟮𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁

H.E. Dr Benjamin P. Reyes, the Secretary-General of The Colombo Plan, paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Ali Sabry, Minister of Foreign Affairs and concurrent Minister of Justice of Sri Lanka. The discussion addressed current projects, future plans, and the forthcoming 75th Anniversary of The Colombo Plan, reaffirming shared commitment to advancing The Colombo Plan’s initiatives and ensuing its continued success.

𝟭𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁

The Colombo Plan Standing Committee on Finance, chaired by Mr Dustin Bickel of the US Embassy convened with Committee country representatives from South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan and Bangladesh. The discussion highlighted opportunities for enhanced engagement and support from member countries to initiatives of The Colombo Plan.

𝟮𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁

Citibank management team headed by Mr Kavinda de Zoysa, Director and Country Business Head and Mr Ravin Basnayake, Managing Director paid a courtesy visit to Colombo Plan. The meeting focused on enhancing initiatives of mutual cooperation to further advance The Colombo Plan’s fiscal management, ensuring alignment with evolving global standards.
