H.E. Dr Reyes paid a courtesy visit to Mrs. Pamela J. Deen, Director General of the Bandaranaike International Diplomatic Training Institute, to explore opportunities to enhance the visibility of The Colombo Plan and support the organisation’s technical outputs.
