As one of the project components of 2019-PH-009: Enhancing of Treatment and Prevention Programmes for the Philippines, The Colombo Plan Drug Advisory Program (DAP), with support from the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), US Department of State in Manila , is currently working on producing a textbook manual of the the UTC basic courses to be utilized by the Philippine University Consortium.
