This UPC TOT Walkthrough aiming to finalize the training of the Latin America regional UPC Coordinator Series trainer’s cohort between 30 August  and 6 September 2019 in Cartagena, Colombia.

Trainers for this 6 day activity were Dr. Andreas Hein from Colombo Plan Chile, Mr. José Luis Vásquez from The CICAD USA, Dr. William Crano from USA, and Ms. Francis Duka-Pante from The Phillipines.

A total of 20 regional trainers were prepared in UPC contents and training skills. Trainees already have participated in prior training activities.
