This Training of Trainers on UPC Core was directed to prevention Professionals from Latin America and took place in Cartagena-Colombia, between November 18th to 22nd, 2019. This was an initiative between the Colombo Plan and the CICAD.

25 Prevention Professionals from all Latin America attended this 5-day training conducted by Andreas Hein from Colombo Plan Chile, Francis Duka Panthe from The Phillipines and Arthur de Oliveira from USA
