The Drug Advisory Programme in partnership with the National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) ITTC, Abu Dhabi, UAE organized a five day walk-through training on UPC – MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS for prevention professionals from the UAE and Egypt, form 31 May to 4 June 2021.

It allowed participants an overview of the courses in the UPC Managers and Supervisors track: Course 1: Introduction to Prevention Science,

Course 2: Physiology and Pharmacology for Prevention Specialists,

Course 3: Monitoring and Evaluation of Prevention Interventions and Policies,

Course 4: Family-based Prevention Interventions,

Course 5: School-based Prevention Interventions,

Course 6: Workplace-based Prevention Interventions,

Course 7: Environment-based Prevention Interventions,

Course 8: Media-based Prevention Interventions, and

Course 9: Community-based Prevention Implementation Systems.
